Update: New LEVA Member

NKT (formerly nkt cables) produces cables and supplies the energy sector. NKT operates with dual headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark and Cologne, Germany, and its markets are predominantly Europe.

The new member of LEVA - NKT S.A. develops, manufactures, and markets power cables and cable systems for electricity transmission and distribution, and electrical installations primarily in Europe and China. The company offers PVC insulation and outer sheath compounds, granulates, and dry-blends; installation cables, including single core and multi-conductor copper cables; flexible cables, such as indoor and workshop cables; and power cables, which comprise copper contact wires for overhead electric tractions, copper conductors for power overhead lines, overhead self-supporting power conductors, and overhead power cables.
